Welcome to the online companion page for Connecting School Students with Mathematics through Applications in Digital Image Processing. In the article, we address important goal for mathematics educators is to help students connect school mathematics with their lives and experiences. In particular, we present four activities that capitalize on digital image processing as a context for students to explore unique and interesting applications of mathematics and to develop knowledge about and positive attitudes toward mathematics.
